These terms of use apply to health-aspire.com (“Health Aspire”, “we”, “us”), operated by Georgi Pavlov in Bulgaria. By using the site, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

1. Educational use only

The content and calculators on Health Aspire are provided for general educational purposes and are not medical advice. Our medical disclaimer is part of these terms.

2. Using the site

You may read, share links to and print our pages for personal, non-commercial use.
You may not copy, republish or sell our articles, images or calculators, in whole or in large part, without written permission.
You may quote short passages with a link back to the original page.
You agree not to misuse the site, for example by attempting to break its security, overload it, or scrape it at scale.

3. Embedding our calculators

We are happy for websites, clinics and health professionals to embed our free calculators. Please contact us at hello@health-aspire.com first, keep the attribution link to Health Aspire visible, and do not alter the results or present them as your own tool.

4. Intellectual property

Unless stated otherwise, the text, graphics, logos, charts and code on this site belong to Health Aspire. Photos credited to third parties, such as Pexels, remain the property of their owners and are used under their licenses.

5. Comments and submissions

If you send us a comment, guest article, correction or other material, you confirm that it is your own work and that you have the right to share it. You grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to publish, edit and display it on Health Aspire. We may remove any submission at our discretion, including anything abusive, misleading or promotional.

6. Affiliate links

Some links are affiliate links, clearly labeled. Purchases you make through them are agreements between you and the seller, not Health Aspire. See our affiliate disclosure.

7. Third-party websites

Links to other websites are provided for convenience and reference. We are not responsible for their content, policies or availability.
